We’re delighted that ICB has once again been recognised with a Silver GroceryAid Award for the support we gave to the charity during 2020 – a year when this fantastic organisation worked extremely hard to support people within the grocery industry throughout the pandemic.

We have supported GroceryAid for a number of years now and are extremely grateful for the services and help they provide. This award also recognises our internal communication which has raised awareness of the support they have available for all within our company.

GroceryAid supports people within the grocery industry through providing emotional, financial and practical support. In the last year, the charity saw a 55% increase in applications for financial support, the value of grants paid is up by 87% and there have been 74% more calls to its Helpline. GroceryAid has also doubled the number of Relate counselling sessions delivered.

We’d like to thank GroceryAid for all their hard work and the immense support they have given to friends and colleagues within the industry. We look forward to continuing our work with the charity in 2021!
